4. Photography at events (guests’ data)
Guests may appear in images as part of documenting the event. This processing is based on legitimate interests. Booking clients are asked to share this policy with their guests in advance. • Guests may request that specific images of them are removed from online platforms. • We will always respect objections where possible without compromising the legitimate purpose of documenting the event.

We use trusted third-party service providers (data processors) under written agreements: • Wfolio — website hosting and storage. • WeTransfer — file delivery to clients. • Wfolio — client galleries and downloads. • Payment providers / Accountancy software — invoicing, payment collection, legal obligations. All providers comply with GDPR/UK GDPR and use secure servers.

6. International data transfers
• Data may be transferred between the UK and EEA. The EU recognises the UK as adequate, and the UK recognises the EEA likewise. • Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional safeguards. • If you are an EU client, you may request details of our EU representative (if applicable under Article 27 GDPR).
