We provide editorial & documentary wedding photography services based in London, working across the UK, France and beyond. For data protection purposes, we are the data controller of the personal data described in this notice.

We process your data under the following lawful bases: • Contract — to provide services you request (quotes, booking, contracts, payment, delivery). • Legitimate Interests — to photograph weddings, document guests, deliver galleries, and promote our portfolio in a way people reasonably expect (we conduct Legitimate Interest Assessments). • Legal Obligation — to maintain accounting and tax records. • Consent — for direct marketing communications (you may withdraw consent at any time).

4. Photography at events (guests’ data)

Guests may appear in images as part of documenting the event. This processing is based on legitimate interests. Booking clients are asked to share this policy with their guests in advance. • Guests may request that specific images of them are removed from online platforms. • We will always respect objections where possible without compromising the legitimate purpose of documenting the event.

5. Who we share data with (processors)

We use trusted third-party service providers (data processors) under written agreements: • Wfolio — website hosting and storage. • WeTransfer — file delivery to clients. • Wfolio — client galleries and downloads. • Payment providers / Accountancy software — invoicing, payment collection, legal obligations. All providers comply with GDPR/UK GDPR and use secure servers.

6. International data transfers

• Data may be transferred between the UK and EEA. The EU recognises the UK as adequate, and the UK recognises the EEA likewise. • Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional safeguards. • If you are an EU client, you may request details of our EU representative (if applicable under Article 27 GDPR).
